very convenient location next to Paddington Station hence easy access to transportation options and even walking distance to plenty of areas of interest. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was good and spacious for Central London. We did not opt for the breakfast so can't comment on it. Overall, a pleasant stay and would recommend for others to try.

Jasmine, Claudiu, Michelle were very courteous, professional and helpful. It was a comfortable stay and the location is perfect in terms of location, connectivity to and from London Heathrow airport and access to shopping options like Oxford street and Regent street. Would highly recommend stay here if you are visiting for business or a holiday.

The place is very good .. i enjoyed stay Here and when i came back to london again i will stay in the same hotel ( Abdul and there is other Moroccan Guy in the lobby was so so helpful )

Super clean, staff was extremely friendly and caring, location is good as its central London and just adjacent to train station. The heating system and lift were working properly. All consumables in the room and washroom were of good quality.
