What a great place to stay. Excellent location next to Paddington and very polite, friendly attentive staff. Thank you Mohammad, Zak and Chadiu for helping to make our stay so comfortable.

Located just outside Paddington station. Stag are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was next door in frankie and benny's restaurant. That was a good selection of hot food, cold cuts, cereal, pastries and fruit. Rooms were reasonably sized and contained everything we needed. I would use the mercure again if we were to visit London.

1st time stay in the hotel. Needed somewhere close to Paddington station and this hotel is prefectly located. Overall a comfortable stay

The room was large and clean. The people of reception friendly , among others Mohammed and Mimi. Upon arrival, which was early, we could leave the luggage. Breakfast was delicious and extensive.

I was welcomed as soon as I entered by Claudio. He was so helpful and friendly. I found the rooms to. Be comfortable and quiet. The location was fantastic.
