1st time stay in the hotel. Needed somewhere close to Paddington station and this hotel is prefectly located. Overall a comfortable stay

The room was large and clean. The people of reception friendly , among others Mohammed and Mimi. Upon arrival, which was early, we could leave the luggage. Breakfast was delicious and extensive.

I was welcomed as soon as I entered by Claudio. He was so helpful and friendly. I found the rooms to. Be comfortable and quiet. The location was fantastic.
